1. The Zero Data Retention (ZDR) Guarantee

Planet J Digital, LLC ("Planet J", "we", "our") designs and builds developer infrastructure for autonomous AI agent pipelines. Our foundational engineering commitment is simple: we do not store, view, sell, train on, or retain your LLM prompt payloads, completion streams, or tool execution arguments.

All payload evaluation performed by the Aegis SRE runtime and Optima intelligent routing proxies operates entirely within volatile in-memory buffers (RAM). Once cyclic evaluation, semantic drift scoring, or circuit breaker checks are concluded, the memory buffers are immediately deallocated. No customer prompt data is ever written to persistent disk storage.

2. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) Architecture

Planet J does not broker or mark up third-party model tokens. When utilizing our cloud gateway proxy:

• Your API credentials (e.g., Anthropic, Google Vertex AI, OpenAI) are passed via encrypted HTTP headers (X-Provider-Key) and never persisted in our database.
• Requests originate from your client applications or your private VPC endpoints directly to upstream model providers.
• We hold zero access to decrypt or recover keys once the active TLS connection terminates.

3. Telemetry & Metadata Collection

To provide circuit-breaker monitoring, rate-limiting, and OpenTelemetry span export, our infrastructure collects only non-identifying, transient operational metadata:

When you register for our developer portal, submit an enterprise pilot application, or request API keys, we collect standard account contact information including your name, work email address, organization name, and billing details (processed securely via Stripe without credit card numbers ever touching our servers).

5. Security Practices & Infrastructure

Planet J Digital hosts systems across verified Google Cloud Platform (GCP) regions with TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, strict IAM least-privilege policies, and regular automated vulnerability auditing. For single-tenant enterprise requirements, Planet J provides self-hosted containerized Helm and Terraform packages for deployment directly within your private Google Cloud Run or GKE VPC.
